Prof. Dr. Atılgan Atılgan, a faculty member in the Biosystems Engineering Department of the Engineering Faculty at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKÜ), is part of the academic team for the INTEGREEN – “Integrating European Green Deal’s Farm to Fork Strategies into Agricultural Education in Türkiye’s HEs” project, supported under the European Union Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module. The project, coordinated by Dicle University and lasting 36 months, aims to integrate the European Green Deal and the Farm to Fork Strategy into higher education and agricultural education in Türkiye.

Through INTEGREEN, which will be implemented under the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Actions in the Field of Higher Education – Teaching and Research, an interdisciplinary educational model will be developed that brings together the fields of sustainable agriculture, food systems, environment, climate, economics, and law. The project aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of students and stakeholders regarding the EU's green transformation, sustainable agriculture, and food policies through lectures, workshops, field visits, seminars, and conferences.

Academics from various universities in Türkiye, as well as from Spain, Italy, and Slovakia, will contribute to the project. Prof. Dr. Atılgan Atılgan will represent the Biosystems Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering at ALKÜ (Alanya University). The project aims to integrate Europe's green transformation policies into agricultural education in Türkiye and to strengthen national and international academic cooperation in this field.
